2. Star Ship Design Rank 4 to add better mods to this ship is desirable but not required.
3. This is a random event so its not a for sure thing. May take time and multiple attempts
4. This should not be level locked as many comments from low level or new NG+ players have had success but from my testing being at least level 30 is a good start to increases chances.
5. Set difficulty to very easy

1.Not sure if there are any level requirements I'm pretty sure there isn't but do note I'm level 90 when finding this ship. Many lower level players have found the Vista ship so leads me to think its not level related.
2. You should not get a bounty from taking this ship in any scenario even with companion, at least I didn't but be-careful.
3. The ladies name is Mrs Whitmore not Whitemore
