No blinds is one thing. No blinds and a direct sight line from the window to that absolutely medieval, uncomfortable (and undrained?) toilet? That's something else. Even so - ace job trying to at least make that little hellhole look lived-in.

FYI (active players probably know this) You can buy abandoned sleep crates for $1000 too from the same lady, only one crate was full of contraband, the other crates had some stuff to take a few didn’t have anything inside. Contraband was worth it.

Do you think Starfield will eventually get the Fallout 76 treatment?

I keep junk decorating my spaces and the items sink into the table or shelf after some time away. Any idea how to fix that?

After you place items - either by hand or in the build menu- quicksave and exit to the main menu, then load the save. This locks in everything.

What do you think of the game as a whole? The word of mouth was mixed at first but is now pretty universally negative. The peak numbers on steam were about a third lower than fallout 4, which is pretty shocking considering fallout 4 came out 8 years ago and didn’t have the Microsoft marketing machine behind it That and the number of people actually playing it is now about a third that of baldur’s gate 3, despite it coming out much more recently. I can’t imagine that bethesda is happy with either the player numbers or the critical reception at this point.

nah it's very much on the positive side - like, literally it's mostly positive on Steam - this exact journey happened with Fallout 4. which was getting dogpilled flack, then becoming more positively viewed as time went on

@@norespawns guess we’ll see, fallout 4 was definitely not as well received as oblivion, fallout 3, Skyrim etc Then fallout 76 was more or less unmitigated dumpster fire. Star citizen seems to be in between those two. But like I said, the fact that the 2015 fallout 4 had a peak of almost 500k on steam when star citizen in 2023 didn’t even hit 400k is trending the opposite way Bethesda and Microsoft would like. Especially when baldurs gate 3 almost hit a million at basically the same time. I’d also expect Zelda and bg3 to take the lion’s share of the GOTY awards for 2023.
