There’s a small quest related to the armored transport. You can get it by talking to the bartender in Gagarin. There’s a small puzzle to work through on the ship for that quest.

I picked up the quest item, in there and never figured out what it was for. Now I know.

Excellent. Tight editing and right amount of information. Have a better idea about the timing of doing these quests. I think I may have blown up the Grissom because I came across it before I had a handle on targeting. Name sounds sort of familiar. Thanks.

The first is actually part of a quest. When you are first entering New Atlantis you will see three refugees of the station talking with a UC administrator and a security officer. One of the refugees is Ricardo Bosch who asks you to go to the station to recover his research notes.

@Starfield_Eclipse It is a "blink and you miss it" encounter that only comes up once.

He's in the MAST research level if you want to find him later and he'll give you the quest then. Probably even harder to accidentally encounter there than at the beginning as you'll almost never go to that level - but he's up there waiting for someone to go fetch his notes.

I ran into the Sonny Di Falcons party home... And... It was full of crimson fleet... Who welcomed me to walk on through, as I am a Fleet captain 😂 Kind of disappointed that this very interesting POI just let me walk through with no combat 😞

I went to Maheo II and scanned the planet. DiFalco's Island did not appear. Do you know if it is level-locked? This character is only level 42. (Wait, wasn't that an old band name?)

I may have misspoke it maheo I. The poi only appears after you scan it.
