Hey, just wanted to thank you for this. Had a leak and was able to order a kit from Amazon for $22 and rebuild the pump myself. Followed the video for every step, worked out perfect.

Save some money and do your own shaft seal on your pool pump!

I suspect this pump seal went out so early because the pump would have to reprime itself every time they used the under water treadmill and there was alot of heat on it at some point causing it to fail.
