Time to make people mad: 1. A Thousand Eyes is one of my favorite NT songs but its always ranked low because Jeff Blim 2. Peanuts is on the lower end on my list but people rank it high because Richpez 3. In conclusion, people's biases are extremely obvious when they rank songs because a lot of Jeff's songs are ranked low even if they are actually really good just because people don't like/are tired of him (cough A Thousand Eyes and Monsters and Men cough) and just because something has Richpez or Robert or Lauren or **insert other popular Starkid here** doesn't mean it's better than everything else. But like I get it because I have favorite Starkids that I am probably biased towards too so no hate I'm just pointing it out. 4. In a second conclusion, Jeff Blim is underrated at this point

I see your point and Jeff 100% needs more recognition - but personally, I genuinely am not that fond of A Thousand Eyes and I don't think it's anything to do with that, since I adore the vast majority of his songs. (I don't dislike it by any means, just prefer other Nightmare Time songs & other Jeff songs).

A Thousand Eyes is definitely a lot different than Starkids other songs so I understand that it's not everyone's style, but I feel like a bunch of people just see that Jeff is singing a song and just automatically rank it low. Like almost all of Jeff's songs in TGWDLM being ranked low and especially Monsters and Men. I've seen so many people rank it in the bottom 3 or 5 when it's easily top 5 (or top 10 at least) and it's just such a good powerful song that I feel like it's obviously ranked lower just because it's Jeff. Idk I mean I could be wrong but I just don't understand why people would rank it so low when there are other songs that are objectively worse

@@nataliedraper926 Eh, I don't think there's any such thing as a song that is 'objectively' better or worse - people have different opinions and enjoy different things. I do think you're right - people often don't give Jeff his fair due! I guess he has a lot of songs compared to other members, so when someone who has only had one or two songs where they are a main feature comes up, those songs are likely to be ranked higher? But I see what you mean and it is annoying! Just wanted to offer a different perspective.
