It's more like a conflict between than balance between. Balance is not half light half dark, it's when dark is surpressed. Especially in Legends.

One of the most epic moments of my childhood was fighting the Emperor on the PS2's version of The Force Unleashed. I always relish listening to Jonathan Davis as the Darth Bane trilogy is one of my favorite Audiobooks. I much prefer Galen as the founder of the Rebellion, it just feels so much more profound than Disney's "canon". Cheers 🔥

Jonathan Davis is a legend. But I find it criminal that they didn't ask Sam Witwer to narrate the unabridged audiobook of The Force Unleashed. Marc Thompson is amazing, no doubt about it, but it would've been a nice link to the original game.

So in the book, Galen defeated Palpatine by telekinetically throwing debris at him and the Emperor just let it happen?
