Great video, bells on! Thanks for the community effort. I must say though, I think your setup is particularly nice, as in it has its rake (if any, it's small) mounted towards the front of the device, and you are typically up on mountains. folks on plains or in valleys often, may also gain an extra edge with sparing a thought towards their vehicle to how they can "point" it better.

@Everlanders I may never have an RV, Starlink or a 3-D printer, but I enjoy & appreciate your content just the same. You mentioned that the POE board had design decisions that oozed with thoughtfulness. I must say, your videos ooze with thoughtfulness. All the inserted pictures that clarify everything you're talking about. The links to the products, the chapters and the Chapter Markers you provide, it's the definition of thoughtfulness. I also want to make it a point to say that I greatly appreciate the subtitles and translations. I watch everything with subtitles, because it isn't always clear what the speaker is saying. Although, I don't have any problem understanding what YOU are saying. Your voice and your speech are easy to hear and understand. I greatly appreciate your wit and your style as well. You really put out great content and a great product. Even though I'm homebound, I will continue to enjoy your content. You give a lot, you have attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Fantastic video. Very clear and well thought out. Just ordered a power supply. I work wildfires in BC and have found the Starlink amazing. Since I change support vehicles I plan on making this into a little kit to easily move around. Now looking for a small efficient PoE router to use with it. Since I need to place the antenna in different locations depending on where I’m parked I will keep the cable full length. Also want the ability to go back to the original router when around AC power so am looking to make an adapter to go from the existing cable to the new power supply. Just need to find the right female connector. Thanks again for pointing me to a great starting point!

Great that the KZbin gods got me to this video. New subscriber. I’m in the market of buying a starlink for our RV for part time use. I was gonna buy a inverter so I didn’t have to cut wires and screw around with the cables like you mentioned. One question, with that converter box your friend made (awesome by the way) do I use the starlink cables to the starlink router? Or do I buy a 12 vdc router and standard cables for the ports on that magic box. Sorry kinda new to routers and the wacky way starlink wires it. I’d appreciate any input so when I buy my stuff, I do it right the first time. Can’t wait to see your other vids on your travels. I’m jealous, I only stay in the Colorado and Wyoming area when I’m out. Tks again
