Update: We're getting the Ridgeline roof mount up this evening! We've been waiting all this time for the combination of decent weather and mutual available time, and they've finally aligned. The bricks have been sitting here for weeks!

Thingyverse has the grommets that you can print yourself. All the other bits you'd already own or can buy fairly cheaply. If you have access to a 3D printer, this is the way to go.

Interesting, I've a new Gen2 Kit (Feb. 2022) and the antenna cable end is specific and different from the MODEM connector. When you passed the cable head through the wall from outdoors inside it appeard you had the straight plug end, which if on the Gen2 Kit would mean you had the cable backwards. Not sure how the early cable ends are formed. Anyone reading this with the newer Gen2, remember the Antenna and MODEM cable ends are different. The Antenna end is straight and will easily fir through the 1" Masonry hole, the MODEM end connector plug has a 90° angle and will neither fit through the 1" hole nor will it fit the Antenna end. Pretty self-explanatory, just wanted to let everyone know the straight/antenna connector end of the cable should route from inside to outside. They say any job worth doing is worth doing twice..............maybe not always though.

No such thing as Home Depot here, but I put together a cart of all the items (or similar) from ScrewFix here in the UK - came to £58, not including the spade bit. For anyone who owns none of the contents beforehand, it’s well worth it for the convenience alone

The kit is not expensive, $37.00 from Starlink. I doubt you could gather those items from Home Depot for any less.
