Starlink Mobility Mount for Gen 3 Hardware

Starlink has released a Mobility Mount in the Starlink Store that is specifically designed for the Gen 3 Starlink Standard.
It is very reasonably priced at only $35, so quite a bit cheaper than many of the 3rd party mounts that can be anywhere from $150-$300+.
According to the installation guide, the Mobility Mount is permanently secured to your RV, car, or boat with included hardware and should be mounted in such a way that it the dish is tilted towards the front of the vehicle and has no obstructions blocking the dish.
Once removed from the Mobility Mount, the kickstand the dish came with or other mounts can be reattached and the dish can be relocated to somewhere with less obstructions. This makes the Mobility Mount very versatile to use the dish on your RV or boat and then easily relocate it to the kickstand or pole mount if needed without having to remove the actual Mobility Mount from the RV or boat.

Nice mount but I'm concerned about the small footprint and fastener area relative to the large surface area of the Gen 3 dish mounting to the thin roofing plywood common in many modern RVs. I would expect a larger footprint would make for a more secure mount for a vehicle traveling at highway speeds.

Hi! Do you have the full dimensions of it when it’s connected to the mount? I’m particularly interested in the height, I need to know if it will fit under my roof bars 👍

You can actually download a CAD file from Starlink if you need super-precise measurements. But do be aware that rooftop bars might block some signal - Starlink likes a clear view of the entire sky.
