Her husband is great. He knows her from their younger days and her problem had not taken off. It was still a bit noticeable but yet he fell in love with her and really cares for her and wants the best for her. Now she has one great husband. Her life will be as normal that can be obtainable. It can only get as close to best as they can. I'm as concerned for her to be happy as can be obtained by this operation as she and her family can wish for. ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊

You son't know this. She has a rare condition which many specialists never see.. Misdiagnosis happens, but she didnt know how to gp forward as her condition worsned.. She was fortunate in the end to find these guys.

This was a very interesting case. Starrina is such a beautiful woman, inside and out. I’m so glad that Dr. Paul and his colleague were able to help her. I am very surprised that Starrina was operated on previously and the doctors doing that surgery did not recognize the misdiagnosis at that time. Kind of shocking in my opinion. I guess that’s why there is so much medical malpractice and litigation in the USA. I’m not saying that malpractice applies in this case, the doctors did not even imply that so I definitely wouldn’t say that there is because I am not a doctor or medical expert by any stretch. In my opinion, Doctors Paul and his colleague did amazing work and Starrina looks beautiful. Thank you Dr. Paul & Dr. Terry for the work you do and the lives you change. You and the specialist colleagues you bring in to help when needed really are great humanitarians. Thank you all for everything you do. You really help so many people. ♥️ 🙏 🤗 🇨🇦

I was born with a Hemangioma, a big one, luckily on my shoulder, not my face. It was dark red all over, not skin colour like hers (may be makeup). It was removed when I was only a year old, then I had a scar revision at 17 because it was so keloided and I had so much scar tissue. It was fixed with a Z-plastic, finished off with 55 stitches. It is far from perfect looking though, it is quite wide, but it is a lot better than the original one that affected the movement of my shoulder quite a lot, which is great!!! ❤❤❤

I was born with an eye deformaty that even seeing an opthomologist since the age of 18 monts was told it as caused by forcepts. I had two surgeries to shorten the eye muscle and remove excess skin. At age 46 I had my yearly check up with a new physician. He immediatly said "you have Marcus Gunn Jaw Winking." I was shocked there was a name for my "bad eye." The surgery he performed he asked if some medical students coud observe as it was a condition most would never encounter in their medical career. Medical treatments and knowledge have advanced greatky from the time she and I were born.

I didn't have this problem but I did get metal implants all the way down my spine for severe scoliosis when I was 15. If ANYONE can get relief from constant pain without getting their bones fused together I'm happy.

I realize these doctors are a couple of the best in their field, so they can demand top dollar. They can be a resource for people with higher incomes and what I would call whimsical cosmetic surgery requests. I know they're both ethical men who refuse dangerous requests and they do help people feel better about themselves, but this "Botched by Nature" episode shows a truly humanitiarian effort. Mad respect. Looking forward to a followup episode on Starrina's progress.
