I enjoy that too, except they're deeper than I think you take them for. Starset bases their songs on a "Heaven's Gate" kind of outer space-themed cult called the Starset Society, and through that, they convey the complex using space-y words and changing how people see songs directed at a sort of love to a sort of hatred. It's unique how they can convey love-related emotions with words like supernova and antigravity, and therefore have a much more complex, thought-provoking meaning to every word than any other band, except maybe Tool or even Breaking Benjamin sometimes.

Its not just space themed, thats the surface... inside theres so much more, emotions of love, addiction(drugs or people to almost a yandere way, sorry for using that word.), facing your fears (It Has Begun). I like to think that every song tells a story of something... My Demons tells of addiction to drugs unable to get over it, the person hes talking to is the drug. Monster and carnivore are similar in their story as its a hate of the addiction they have unable to fight it, accepting their fate in the end. Halo tells of true love, willing to do anything for their love. Let it die... still about drugs and addiction but now he lost a loved one because of it, their last words being to let the addiction die. To Let It Die. And so on and so forth.
