I was visiting my mom in a suburb in Rio, watching it live on KZbin with her, yelling my lungs out, arms in the air. At first she was embarassed telling me to keep it down, then she joined in, and we were cheering together, jumping up and down, high fiving, tears of joy in our eyes.

Multiple ironies too as the ship had already "gone" and was on its way back - but "let's come" doesn't have the same ring to it...and everyone was rooted to the same spot so not "going" anywhere! "Let's stand still and observe the return!!" Humans are fun.

The coolest part of the descent was when the raptors ignited, and it hovered safely away from Makzilla. Then, in that momnet, the engineers started believing! Sends chills down my soine every time! Whewww!
