Start 58th, finish 8th. Silverstone GP Honda Integra Type R DC5

This is the full length, unedited race. I'll do an edited version eventually. Maybe.
Due to issues during qualifying, I had to start on the back row of the 59 car grid. Fifty Nine. I've only been round Silverstone GP once, and that was on AD08R a few years ago, so starting from the big of such a big grid was sub optimal.
I eventually finished 8th, with 4th fastest lap and the fastest classB lap. I loved it.

Thank you mate. The engine was stock, only with Solid Fab ex manifold, RBC and a map.

It's about 1150kg without me in it. I haven't put it on a serious diet as this particular class is 205hp per ton, so we can afford to keep the weight in the car. Doing the electric windows down during the pit stop and safety car is a nice treat haha.

'Better' comes in different guises, he's more adaptable to rwd with all the cars he's owned and driven, but out right pace? Hopefully me haha. We'll probably never know, unless we share a drive in the future. We're both always learning though, so hopefully we can make each other faster.

​@@kevtalbot137 Well i'm kind of biased here - found your channel first, big fan of DC5 integras (well not just dc5) and so on. But i guess if it will be you on dc5, Dan on his MR-S, familiar circuit for both of you, ten laps - you will win. MR-S will just start falling apart as usual, lol. But if i try to answer little bit more serious - i have no idea. It would be lovely to see a little time attack challenge for you both on a track, first on your own cars and then swap. Sorry for my english it's not my native language.

@@mesushi Ah, his MR2 is completely different, it's built for a specific championship. The DC5 would destroy it. It's a tough one to answer, as there's many pieces to what makes the 'better' driver. Put it like this, I wouldn't hesitate to be in the same team as him, he's a good driver for sure.
