Can you explain what the judge character does? I don't like the model, but I don't know what affect he would have on my army.

He can put judgements on enemy units, basically a powerfull buff for your army against that particular target. He only has to see the enemy in order to activate his ability, but at least one of them has a condition. If an enemy unit kills an Abhorrant, the judge can target them with his deadliest judgement, called "regicide".
