Well, my December was a total bust. I completely missed out on Dephemerember….so I’m starting in January. It’s become dephemeremberary for me this time. Hello everyone! Whoopee! Can you believe it’s Dephemerember time again? We’re so excited to dive back into our favorite project with all of you. As 2023 came to a close, it felt like it would take forever for us to be together, creating and sharing again. But here we are-before we knew it, time flew by, and it’s already time to get crafting. Barbara, that dangle is so pretty. I must be tired as I watch your video, it never dawned on me that you glued the two cards together and didn’t think about the butterfly picture in between. I think you were able to pull it apart since there was still glaze on the backs of the cards. I was so happy they came apart so easily. That card turned out beautifully especially with the key dangle. And the perfect spot to tuck it in. TFS! ❤

I can't believe it's already Dephemerember time! I haven't been doing much crafting lately as I had a huge sewing project late summer (I made a cosplay entirely from scratch) and after I have been concentrating on my art (drawing/painting). I have been wanting to start making some journals and ephemera again (as that is another of my favorite activities to do), this is the perfect motivation to do so! Well, as soon as I clean up my craft area 😂 I love playing cards and old keys so the prompt is super inspiring. I can't wait to get started! ❤

Thank you Barbara and Louise for hosting another Dephemerember. I thought to myself "I love December!" And couldn't believe it! This year I have made a journal á la Barbara, with a paper bag plus fabric cover. Always wanted to try it and I love it! And I'm filling it using your prompts; with a special to me theme: dolls. Not my own dolls (I have a large collection of dolls, for which I craft outfits and such myself), but pictures of dolls I collected over the years. Thanks again ❤❤

Really enjoyed this one. I'm glad you were lucky with being able to separate the two cut and glued cards and found your beautiful red tuck spot that was perfect for your cute new creation. The CropaDial was impressive today, punching through the cover layers. With the locks, my mind went to the love lock collection on the bridges, some of which had to be removed bc there were so many that it was causing a hazard or damage of some kind. For the keys, I remembered one of my art mentors taking her late husband's massive key collection and turning it into a sealed display top on a custom coffee table. You would have loved it, Barbara and Luise! Happy Dephemerember! 💖☮🙏

I just remembered I forgot to comment on this video, but I liked the charm dangle (it looked so realistic, as if they were all metal keys and hearts!) although my favourite was the playing card, it was very original with the see-through butterflies; and your little accidents always make watching you create something so much fun.
