Your content is very good Martin and I am very interested in it to help me improve and to teach my son who is a 13 year old novice mx rider. I make the following observation about you in this video, you seem very tense. Remember that you are giving information to help us become better at motocross and you should be relaxed and confident, you are not on the start line of a mx1 gp 😉 Perhaps it will help you to be less tense knowing that your content will help us improve. I might be wrong with observation and maybe it is that you just had a double espresso 🤣
