Nice to see folks showing proprietary secrets of hanging bronco body panels and coyote swap body mods . Some shops try to hide every thing and I get it. I'm just glade my 77 required no sheet metal replacement when did its restoration a few years ago.

Thanks for the great video. You mentioned the 21" measurement reference point on the passenger side but not the drivers side, just that "they're the same", but the drivers side cowl is a different shape at the top. Can you elaborate a bit more on what point at the top of the driver side cowl is 21" to the floor? Thanks! Edit: My passenger door was spot-on thanks to you.

The two main measurements is in the video under key measurements under the time codes. The two most important measurements on the entire build is 37 1/16 from the back of the floor panel where the quarter panel sits on that lip of the floor to the edge of the kick panel that attaches to the inner rocker. The 2nd measurements is from the floor to the top of the A-pillar. You need to go back to the video to kmow what I mean. The gap between the taillight buckets is 58 1/4 for the tailgate to fit perfectly.

I'm about to redo both quarter panels because rust is protruding. Why not weld them together on both sides? Why do you spot weld instead of run beads? Love the video. Thank you

Where are you ordering your parts from? I see such big differences in the way the kick panels, pillers, floorpans, etc... are being cut between the different Bronco suppliers....

The only difference between all the panels are the colors. Unless it's original they all are coming from the same supplier and trust me when I say these parts definitely have to be minupulated to fit perfectly. None of them just line up. We source the sheet metal from anyone that has them in stock right now.
