Nice video, short and to the point with good info. One more bonus with cooking the raw meat and then putting it in a dish is that you get more XP since you are cooking it twice effectevly.

I usually use cabbages rather than carrots for rabbits as they are more efficient to farm than carrots and one cabbage can go a long way. I usually bait 3 traps with one cabbage which leaves a little but of the same cabbage left over to cook up in a stir fry with your catch, or chuck in the compost. I never tried using bread for birds, and bread is not so easily found especially in late game, but worms work a treat and easy enough to get by digging furrows and/or composting. I usually leave a bag next to my traps containing trapping supplies such as twine, wire, sturdy sticks and non perishable baits such as cereal and peanut butter etc...

Yeah they are super niche and weird but you realise your runs would be so much smoother with them lol

small piece of advice for ya as someone who grinded level 10 foraging, most dead animals you'll find that way are going to be stale (from my experience), as they say on the cooking show, soup fixes everything, always add the stale meat to soup, fuck the depression effect.

I feel so bad knowing i make videos on the game and have never used trapping, I will do it for you Mert!

Oh man. Trapping is actually super easy but we never do it!!! Please do entire run of only eating trapped food. Thank you

I think tomatoes might be best for grinding XP, since they can catch both rabbits and squirrels.

This is a good tip

nice, I didn't know tomatoes could catch both, it's good to have variety - you get more happiness when cooking meals with different types of meat

You didn't go through how to create traps, which is the most important thing
