Thank you for this video, Guru Paul. Since we're in September, I just started to learn double stick closed chamber in premium class. And now tonight I have a purple belt test in MMA and I'm gonna be officially in the adult intermediate level in Elite Martial Arts, Paul. Thank you for this video of double sticks workout, Paul.

This is a super valuable resource. I started escrima basically just to screw around in VR games but now its saving me from my chest disability. Great work, will be referring to this a lot
