Ingredients:
1) Reshampatta paste:
100 gm reshampatta mirchi
2 tbsp oil
2 ice cubes
Water as per required
2) Red chutney:
50 ml oil
250 gm tomato [ roughly chopped ]
75 gm reshampatta mirchi
75 gm garlic cloves
5 gm cumin
10 gm red chili powder
1 no. of lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
5 gm ginger
2 tsp sugar
salt as per taste
water as per required
3) Ragda patties:
For patties-
2 tbsp oil
4-5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp hing
2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4 to 5 potatoes [ boiled ]
Poha powder [ as required ]
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp black salt
Coriander [ finally chopped ]
For Ragda-
For peas [ matar ] - boiling
250 gm dried peas [ soaked for 6-8 hours ]
Water as per required
1 tsp salt
Pinch soda
1 no. of potatoes - [cube]
For masala:
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1/4 tsp hing
2 dry red chilli
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp green chili paste
curry leaves
Boiled peas
Salt as per taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
Water as per required
For assembling-
Paties
Ragda
Onion [ chopped ]
Tomatoes [ chopped ]
Coriander [ chopped ]
Green chutney
Jaggery[ gud ]imli chutney
Pomogranate
Sev
Chat masala
4)Dabeli:
3 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
3 tbsp dabeli masala
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 gud [ jaggery ] imli chutney
5 no. of potatoes [boiled]
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt as per taste
For assembling:
Potatoes masala
Onion[chopped]
Desiccated coconut
Coriander [chopped]
Pomogranate
Masala peanuts [ singh ]
Sev
Butter
For pav bhaji:
Step - 1-
1/2 cup dried green peas [ suka lila vatana ]
3 no. of potatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt as per taste
Water as per required
Step -2 -
2 no. of onions [ roughly chopped ]
4 no. of potatoes [ roughly chopped ]
2 no. of capsicum [ roughly chopped ]
1 no. of small carrot [ roughly chopped ]
100 gm cauliflower
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 no. of tomatoes [ roughly chopped ]
Salt as per taste
Water as per required
Step-3-
5 tbsp oil
2 tbsp resham patta masala
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup lasan pani
2 no. of onion [ finally chopped ]
2 no. of capsicum [ finally chopped ]
4 no. of tomatoes [ chopped ]
2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
2 tsp meat masala
4 no. of potatoes [ boiled ]
Salt as per taste
2 ts kasoori methi
Water as per required
Step 4-
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp resham patta paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp meat masala
Water as per required
1 tsp kaoori methi
Lemon juice
Fresh green peas
Coriander
Butter
