I brought a small house from Harrison villa projects with useless materials, costs around one core. I used to repair it since 2011,in each year I spent 5 to six lakhs.. at that time in the area I stay may cost 1.5 lakhs per cent, 5 cent land plus 2000 sq.ft.as he said may cost maximum 25 to 30lakhs in 10 years back. Terrible .. in Trivandrum builders making 3 to 4 time profit. Please ask your channel builders to start construction in Trivandrum too.

How is this 2.30 crore price tag justified? Only 10 cents land. In the area where the house is, price for land is 2 Lakhs/Cent. This one is on the road so let's say 3 Lakhs/Cent which is 30 Lakhs for land(even if you say 6 lakhs/cent still not able to understand the price tag). 4000 sq.ft of construction which is 4000 Sq.ft x Rs 2500/Sq.ft which is making it 1 Cr. Can you explain why there is a big price difference in expected price than the actual price? The same house was advertised one year before for 2.5 Crores. If the owner of the house can justify the price, I can do the registration immediately. Immediate cash deal.

Yeah, the prices of all houses been over quoted. That is the reason why so many properties not sold. One more thing I noticed is that. No space at the backyard of the house for anything. No garden , no trees, so naturally the heat will be more. The builders are spoiling the serenity of areas. They want to make maximum money out of small areas. One person one tree, this slogan should come. Then we can expect proper rain, no draught and no flood.
