Some free advise take the timing chain sprocket for the Dr and preheat your oven at 450 pot that sprocket in the oven for 20 minutes and no hammer needed

Heres a tip for a slightly loose Woodruff key. Take a centre-punch and pop both sides of the key wherei it will sit in the crank. The raised sections of where you hit it will make it a tighter fit in the keyway. Only useful unless the key is really really sloppy in the keyway then only remedy is new keys. You dont think its tight from the large amount of assembly grease/lube used?
