I believe that Jeff Trigger, of the Stoneleigh and Mansion hotels in Dallas, as well as the Driskill in Austin, is spearheading the investor group and overseeing the project. If it has a chance Jeff is the one who can pull it off!

i love this hotel so much it history is so famous how come they abandoned overnight it's really sad and to say that in the 60s there was happiness swimming pool massage hairdresser a beautiful salon it's really bad of them to have left the hotel like that what a fly bit them so that he didn't leave like that

I am amazed that is has not been condemn to be tore down, as it is a safety hazzard, there could be asbestos in the building, mold and water leaks. It would be better to tear it down, and build a new one to safety standards, and up to date building codes. If there is asbestos, mold and does not meet building codes, it could be much more hazzard to renovate.
