Very informative did take the tip to lower the exhaust for the shield but I was able to wiggle the starter out through the front without taking the filter off or the o2 sensor, your method is good & extremely worth knowing, but there is that way out too maybe it works for others too

Thanks for the video. Having an issue where turning the key gets absolutely no response, not even a click, but the panel lights come on. Alternator and ignition starter switch are brand new and battery has enough juice for now. I’m going after the starter next.

I took mine of my eclipse gt with out takeing anything off pull it out from the top it’s a tight fit but it comes right out

Hey bro whats up quick question. My battery gave out a couple days ago and i jump started my car a few times but this last time i was trying to jumstart it it stopled cranking, i bought a new battery and tried again but still no crank. What could have happened? I heard the started could have locked, could hitting it work to get it cranking again?

Andy Boxing50 yeah it's possible. Just hit the starter with a metal pole or something hard enough to break the dust up on the inside. While someone cranks

you dont have to drop the exhaust, just remove the 02 sensor and the stater slides right out. Dropping the exhaust can take you more time. My way is easier and faster. Its called use your head.

Fernando Sandoval Chavez you have to lowet the exhaust down and take off the oil filter. Also dont forget abouy the 14mm bolt ln the top right side.

What size are the bolts of the exhaust
