I'm speechless. I really love watching beautiful rural builds. I'm a console player just getting started, and once I get around to actually building a decent city maybe I can focus on *trying* to build a good looking, detailed rural city on a suitable vanilla map.

I have live in the Southwest United States most of my life. I’ve stayed in Williams while visiting the Grand Canyon. You got the feel of the place. The high desert get a decent amount of snows in the winter. It’s over a mile high in elevation 6575 feet. (2004 meters) so pine trees are ok.

Wow so so good! I love this vibe! Nailed it for a western-style town in my opinion :D The seaside resort pack works so well for an old rural and up-market beach area. Can't wait to see what you have planned for them in Noob Yolk!

Nice build Egg! I just think there is some issue with the loop in front of the train station - seems like cars can't enter it and get stuck in the intersection.

That"s so wonderful!!! actually been threw that town when I was Trucking from North Carolina to Los Angles California If you saw the loves travel stop on I40 I stopped there for lunch LOL memories of my many semi runs coast to coast great build !!! Western Us is beautiful Seen the Mesas of Arizona to the High Deserts of Washington State

Love watching your videos. Just started watching. All good but that covered bridge. There is one tiny covered bridge in AZ. I’m surprised there’s even one. These were very popular on the East coast. AZ,s bridge are probably mostly simple highway bridges. They are known to wash out in flash floods and then need replaced. Maybe there were more and they were destroyed long ago? That funky motel or diner was so perfect.

Do rural towns like this have rural bus routes? An old bus line that eventually gets back to the outskirts of the city might be nice. Perhaps add the odd bit of detailing (a ranch?) on it's route. Not sure if those really exist in the States or not...

so, I am noticing the peds only seem to use one side of the ped paths. Is that just due to your pathing, or are paths not being utilized fully Only thing you are missing is a city hall. Theirs some good country style assets on workshop that would fit here.

There are highrises across the city, condos and a few towers in the downtown. But otherwise its just sheer volume of low density with the size of the city now!

American high school sports complex? ALWAYS default to what Americans call FOOTBALL. Yes, I'm American and almost every small town everywhere worships their local high school football team. Almost every activity at the school (Homecoming, Prom, etc.) revolves around the team.
