This would be a perfect wedding venue!! 😍 Can just imagine outdoor ceremonies taking place in front of the columns of the Brandenburg Gate unique with downtown Noob Yolk behind or in one of the posher looking buildings rom the CCP. Superb detailing in this. The viewing areas with the deck chairs, perspex rail and pergolas are adorable! Not sure which I like more now, this or the beachfront! Great work, Egg!

I think this may be my favourite build in Noobs! I really enjoyed this one, those seaside resort assets are so similar to what used to be right on the beach where I live, and also remind me of a couple other places. It's also exactly the kind of place I'd take my kids for a day of history, which is our favourite kind of day trip. Thank you, Egg! This was delightful!!! Really loved it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕👩‍🍳😘👩‍🍳😘👩‍🍳😘

What an amazingly good looking area, could be built by a landscape designer 😍I bet the area would be humming with people on any random sunny day taking a stroll, enjoying the views into the downtown or having a picknick. This area reminds me a lot of Sanssouci near Berlin, so Brandenburg gate is a perfect fit 😁 I would wish for some more benches along the paths and dirt roads as a visitor, but sitting in the grass works too.

Super unique build!! Love it 🌄🏫🌸 The combination of palms and wooden verandas and wide gravel tracks gives a real Southern Americana feel. That view at 51:42 of the Brandenburg gate with the distant Skylines is perfection

Oh my gosh such a fun build! Offsetting the buildings with the dirt roads then deleting tem isn't something I would have known for vanilla play without this episode. It all blends so nicely and the open garden/bush lined landscaping looks amazing. 👌 well done OE! 👏 Can't wait for the next episode!

Another great looking build. I really appreciate the use of the Brandenburg Gate in that location. (I do kind of question whether there would be a palm centralized in front of it, though, since it is such a centerpiece. It would be questionable to have something obscuring it.) I hope we get some additional roads on the workshop that can be used with pedestrian zones. A pedestrian gravel road would be a great addition.

I wanted to use the bulk of the seaside pack pretty early in my city and budget almost tanked lol A little RICO conversion on a few of them stopped the bankruptcy. Love the build!

This reminds me of many parks around Europe with some king's or queen's palace as the main attraction. So well done and showing another possible use of the content creater pack, and still not it's "intended" purpose. Goes to show how versatile these still are and also how masterful OE can use them. :) The Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate) does fit! Like this very much!

Oooh me likey! Only slight adjustments i think could make it really cool! 1- the class of the trees (mentioned in previous episode) don't mind the Brandenburg gate but i think it needs a bigger hotel at the end of that strip to make it the secondary focal point and make the main building the eye capture! And maybe replace the lights with the plaza and promenade pole lights the really small ones! Noob yolk = Palaven 🥰

I love the vanilla series! I am much more interested in things to do what the game itself offers and what's possible. With Mods, everything is of course possible and though it looks often good, its also boring in my opinion (from a "builder" perspective)

I love this build ! I think this content creator pack could complement any administrative or campus build very well ! The gilded age/ victorian/ belle époque look of it is beautifull, it could be the old admin building of an old mining industry that boomed in the 1880's for exemple, or the headquarters of a rail company. It even has some old sanatorium vibes, one of these hotels could be placed as a creepy old manor overlooking a city, or as some kind of closed old mental asylum build, giving kind of "shutter island" vibes. I was super confused when you mentioned "vineyards" and started planting palm trees. Maybe it's because I'm french but I'm pretty sure you won't make wine with dates. Maybe the word "orchard" or "plantation" would be more appropriate 😂 But if you want to make an actual vineyard, some assets work very well. For exemple, really tight lines of vanilla bushes on a slope mimic the look of a vineyard very well. Make some square-ish patches of it separated by some acees roads (dirt paths work fine) and some natural park fencing. The content creator pine is the closest you'll get to a cypress, wich would be the tree of choice to line the roads and give it a nice mediterranean vibe, with also of course a good amount of live oaks, the best tree ! As for buildings, some vanilla farming industry sheds and a big manor serving as the "chateau" with maybe some visitor center/shop at the entrance can complement it very well and give it the looks of a well maitained property producing luxury wine and offering tours of their facilities to wine enthousiasts visiting, some coming from afar to buy the prestigious vintage they can't get anywhere else.

I had avoided buying that CCP on console, as I couldn't really see what to do with it. Within a 9 tile limit, I still think they are tough to place, but this has given me food for thought. Really nice build.

Question about the car ports. Not sure if something was up the one time I checked, but I placed them all over and no one used them. There were cars parked on the road in front of them and all around but none in them. Do you have to do something to make them work?
