Good day sir , This was enlightening I just recently got certified (PhRi) but I have been in the educational sector for 7 years up to H.O.D level, now trying to move to HR the offers I’m getting is about half of what I’m currently earning as a teacher, what do I do 😢

Congrats on your PHRi certification. To your question, I am not surprised as that is a challenge that transition to HR often poses. You have to decide on your "Why HR?", that will help you know if taking the pay cut is worth it. Hope this helps?
