I dont know whats funnier to learn about. That europe has better infustructure for its semi truck drivers than America has or that Americans would rather build trailers parks for cheaper residential development than literally build any sort of affordable mixed use development thats walkable at a cheaper cost.

i mean, whilst as a brit i was cringing at all the pro car talk (i know youre joking, its a great bit, ngl) the truck stops sound nicer than anything we get over here. the best thing you get over here is a strip of tarmac off the side of the road, a burger van and maybe a toilet, but not always. 10/10 would visit. oh, and btw, that trailer park is probably what ill be living in if this economic situation gets worse, so ill take this one if need be

Yup. This form of road hierarchy is too car-centric lmao, as it in itself kind of is. Then again, I adhere to it myself but putting my own spin to the layout to comolement with walkability/mixed-use or zoning for land use/effective public transit or walking paths. Land use plays a big part in C:S traffic more than most people realize. Think of it as a US-style city but with Europe-level transit and/or good walkability/land use.

This was so good! You must have hundreds of workshop items! haha Can I ask you a question? I added a bunch of props & vehicles from the workshop in the last month, and the game keeps bugging me that I have an outdated/incompatible mod. But my only 2 mods are ACME and Move It. Do workshop creations also trigger this warning, or is one of my 2 mods wrecking things? It would take forever to figure out which props or vehicles are the bad ones
@CitiesByDiana Жыл бұрын
I've noticed that the compatibility report is super unreliable, it tells me stuff should be unsubscribed that is confirmed to be good. As long as you don't have any issues it's safe to ignore it.

I am EXTREMELY NEW to this game. I just started my city and contaminated the water. People are sick. What can I do about the water? I installed more medical clinics. Thank you in advance.
@CitiesByDiana Жыл бұрын
Number one thing is to move any water sources like pumps or water towers away from sources of pollution like industrial zones, power plants, garbage, sewage etc. That will immediately fix the issue 😊
