We’re actually helping a nonprofit design a new fundraising program-an employee giving program-and it’s the exact same as you’ve illustrated here. In other words, we take the “resources needed” and break it down like a mini program. Great information!

Hey there! :) You need a board of directors with unrelated people - the IRS will consider it a red flag if a board has only 1 member or members that are related by family or business.

Hey there! I would recommend you google city grants for nonprofits in your city - many cities have them! Then you can look at their grant applications and determine what questions you need to answer.

Hey Layla, no worries at all, thanks for your feedback! I tried my best to price the training reasonably based on the hours and investment placed into it and compared to other trainings out there. I hope these videos here on KZbin are helpful, and there's also a grant giveaway from RallyUp I'm doing where applicants will have a chance to get a free registration in my fundraising course.
