Great video and valuable information, thank you. But I have a question: Can I open a company from the Bizee platform while I reside in Egypt? But note: I will open this company and all my work and register in Europe, especially America, but I reside in Egypt. is this normal?

I wanted to thank you for all the information you provided for people like me that is trying to open a business. I did not have a clue of where or how to start. Right now i'm getting closed to acquired a small restaurant so hopefully everything goes well with the rest of the permits and soon my brother and I will have our own business. Thank you again... I have ptsd. I found the process a challenge. I wanted to set up as an S corporate but somehow did not. I called and was told I had to cancel and redo or wait until it went through and for $50 they would add it. I did cancel. Called Zenbusimess and the lady was kind enough to walk me through the process. She added the s Corp. For me at no charge. I love your videos very informative. Your awesome.

Hello, I have a question? I have a travel agency in Ohio and a agent in Texas with 2nd home office. Do I need a foreign LLC for that? If so, is the only way, going with attorney? TIA

Will I be able to create a "Doing Business As" when I create this LLC and wiil I be able to put my DBA as the domain name instead of using my LLC name when setting this up? Basically I want my LLC one name but my website Domain to be totally different from the LLC. Will "Bizee/incfile" allow me to set up the domain and banking that way?

I just wanted to share my personal experience with Bizee. I am in the process of starting my own business in TX and I got the Silver Package on Tuesday with the Expedited service. I had until midnight to update any info on Tuesday night and they started working this morning (Wednesday). My LLC has been formed and I received my documents at around 8:30PM. Couldn't be happier with the service.

My first issue is I just signed my llc up an domain and email at $18.00 peryear for 5g. I don't want the auto renewal but I'm locked in and can't cancel the renewal or my card on file without giving a replacement payment method I don't LIKE THAT AT ALL, I called and talking to Roy concerning this issue and unfortunately there's nothing he could do about being automaticallylocked into services you don't want. Also there are no refunds with the business email provider unless it's possibly someone else email. SMH. How to I get out of this?

Hey! What are your thoughts on using the free option? If we already have a registered agent in mind? Was considering doing this, since they will sign as incorporator and I can avoid doing so then.

You can go that route for sure. I believe in the process you just select that you have your own reg agent and then provide those details

So I want to set up an LLC and I’m looking at pack the gold in the platinum package I don’t have a business bank account I don’t have a business credit card yet I’m going to be using my personal money to purchase. How do I move this purchase amount over to my business after it is started?

Not sure. You can add just the EIN to the silver package but at that point better off doing gold.

I would just do the silver package and then add whatever you want to add and leave out the ein. I think it would be the best fit.
