Yaaay! Literally start tomorrow, ya know, 1st of the mooonth! I heard someone say, when you are heavier, you don’t focus on lifting weights. Your body is already carrying around an excessive amount! Movement is key IMO, and I have lost some of my range of motion. Looking forward to getting it back! Thank you! 🙏🏾💕💐💪🏾💅🏾

Glad to finally see a no bullshit video. So many people in the community lie and say it's begginer friendly when this is absolutely bullshit. This is all pretty advanced stuff and not even approachable until you have a solid base level of both functional strength and stability. The start is beyond boring, but what makes it fun is seeing the progress day by day.

The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words kállos (κάλλος), which means "beauty" and sthenos (σθένος), meaning "strength". It is the art of using one's body weight as resistance in order to develop physique. Just thought it was cool.

This is great. Really informative, thank you. The only thing I feel is missing is an idea of how do you know if it's too easy? For example. I can plank in "most" positions for 3-5 min, others -1-2 min. Push up. Hit failure on proper pushup around 15, but off a low table or knees, going way above 50 no problem (gets a bit boring) Now I write it out... Is this the point I should really be looking at resistance bands (they scare me... *Snap*)

The sissy squat is a good Exersice to do. It is safe but you have to really build up to it. Sissy squats are good for knee strength and can really help out people. But sometimes people jump into exersices to quick and hurt them selfves which is common for the sissy squat since a majority of people have weak or bad knees. Its a good exercise, it just needs to be built up good
