This was a similar story to my 83 2l Diesel Toyota Pickup, parked in about 94 in a barn and forgotten, barn fell down in the snow and was left for decades, property sold and the new owner was hauling away the barn when low and behold a truck, after they finish carting away the barn a quick inspection of the truck is done and apart from the dented roof it looks really good, next day in go 2 battery's into the truck then a few min later away drove the truck no issues, sold to a guy who drove it as a work truck, then I got it after nagging him for a few years, I did a full service and now it's 7 years later still going :) A year later I got another one from a field for $100, then another one for $250 then another for $500 then another for $120, then this summer got a 4x4 for free! they keep finding me!!!!

Great film and mood that fits the climate of autumn and long, dreary, cold, and damp days. This Toyota is amazing. Apparently, modern cars of this type from once renowned Japanese manufacturers are already rusted out on the factory square...

Wow, Hiace pickup with body code lh-11, left-hand drive but the speedometer is similar to the Toyota Kijang Super and Grand Extra Standard SX, this engine is the same 2l 2.2 CC for the European version but in Indonesia But cc 2.4 for pickup and minibus types, right-hand drive speedometer Toyota Corona 1970-1979 or Isuzu tfr pickup model And the population of Hiace LH-11 cars in Europe is only 9,000 units, while in Indonesia there are 700,000 units, some of which are in good condition As sold by Mbah Kung's garage, the location is in Cilacap city, purchased by a person from Jakarta, in good condition, low km and fully original, ex-food factory. and the rest are destroyed due to rust. Usually the engine is removed to become a new car. Swab engine and car spare parts

Good info brother. We had these in small numbers in the UK too. Sales picked up in the 90's and 00's, with Hi-Ace Vans, Pick-Ups and caravan models, and are much more popular now. This diesel engine must be the pre-cursor to the D4D 2.4 in the Hilux Pick-Up 4x4 and 4x2 trucks. The 1980's and 90's Hilux here are a legend. 💪🈴️🈵️🈸️❤✔💯🙏🇬🇧✌😎
