Happened to me not so long ago. I was sitting in my gaming chair, high as f*, searching for the next hit of dopamine, but couldnt find the next game anymore. The feeling was terrible. I was trapped in a nasty habit: smoke marijuana and play mindless and time consuming roguelike games. Since then, i realized the very same thing you said in this video: im in the rock bottom, the only way out is upwards. Since then, i rerolled my own personality and aiming 6 months of full sobriety and low dopamine activities. Its been great. My only entertainment is reading books and these youtube videos. I can do now the hard things at home without procrastinate (i got rid the cannabis lazyness) and sleep better, eat better and feel proud of myself now. We dont need the hyperstimulation going around us. Knob down the nasty noise coming at yourself and you will listen to your inner person. We are not trapped within our broken brains, the change is possible and real. Thanks Rob!

I have been recovering from an accident for about 5 years now. Before I had a decent life. Now I barely have friends around me anymore, my girlfriend is gone and I'm broke. I have physically almost recovered now, but no longer capable going back to my old job. I am not just surviving life anymore. Now I feel empty and don't know how to start living again. Surviving was easy because I had to survive. Nothing makes me happy now and I feel like I've become a bitter old man. I only do anything, because I know I have to. I'm tired of pretending everything is fine and keeping a mask on at all times. Truth is I'm tired of starting from zero again. Requires a lot of humility. Gotta work on that.

As a woman 46 years of age I am learning to come to terms with significant changes my body, and mind (many people don’t realise this change), is going through. I’ve always wanted to be able to run longer distances (not necessarily a marathon) but haven’t put in the effort. A few days ago I decided I am going to start using the Couch to 5K app I’ve had on my phone for about a year. For obvious (to females mainly) reasons I decided to wait to get my period out of the way and planned to start on the first morning after it’s finished. That’s tomorrow so my 9 weeks of becoming a good runner starts in under 16 hours from this comment. I am proud to have made this choice and my alarm is set and clothes ready. I am actually looking forward to the journey more than the 5K (I’m English so really dislike the kilometre thing but hey) itself.

You wish you were like them and lived your life their way, and they wish they were like you and could just chill all day. It comes down to what YOU WANT, And by that I don't mean to compare yourself with others. Imagine you were alone in the world, but safe. Nobody to compare yourself with - What would you do? How would you want to live? The answer to that question is the true vibration of you, and there's no right or wrong.

I know you use the word vulnerable with good intentions. But it’s not good for men to be ‘vulnerable’. Women see it as weakness. Men see it as unpragmatic. I don’t think he’s being vulnerable. He’s being open. Being vulnerable means you can hurt him, and if he’s come to terms with his mistakes, you can’t hurt him.

Perfect example of getting stuck in Skyrim and wanting to start a new character so you can do what you want to do but you can’t let go of the character you’ve already built up because you worried you won’t do the right things. Your very comfortable with the character you’ve already built and don’t know if this new one will be to your liking but you didn’t know when you first bought the game either that things would turn out the way they did. Why can’t you do it again
