Great vid! Will be joining Ophthal residency this month or the next. I loved your videos for greenhorn residents (especially what books to read during residency). I know you already did a vid things you carry in your call bag but, I am interested to know what equipment a resident has to procure before diving into the residency. (That includes Ophthalmoscopes, Lenses etc) and their applications, usage, precautions, maintenance in detail. I hope you can make a video on that!

Great advice, i will try to learn one thing/pathology a day about ophthalmology giving the fact that they teach us nearly nothing about the eye in med school... but one of the struggles is finding good slit lamp examination information + gonioscopy ...etc. Because on youtube they show the general exam but they don't dive deep into each disease. any advice ?

Cool video! I’m a fresh resident in Ophthalmology🙂 Can you elaborate on the fifth point? As I didn’t quite understand it. Did you mean when the patient comes to the OPD, we directly guess the vision and then do the examination and correlate our guess with the examination values? Keep making awesome videos😍
