Starting the Fiat 131 for the First Time

In this video I swap the electric fuel pump with one suited for carburetors, connect the fuel line, and rig up a throttle cable with hopes to start and drive the Fiat 131.

I had a couple of '76 128s. Always thought the 131 looked much better.

Very good observation on the high idle and does idle much lower than that (owned one in the past) / Also be ware on rear brakes cuz they tend to be much weaker than front ones and with rear wheel drive, it d just oversteer uncontrollably, great work and looking forward for tour next video!

U think a six cylinder can fit in the bay

The bay is short so it would have to be a v6 but it is wide enough. Not sure what would work but if you look at photos of the Fiat 130 you get a feel for how they fit a V6 in that.
