Always buy 2 packs of meat. And 3 cups of rice and a salad. To fill up more than two people. extras can be used for next day breakfast with beans, avocado , tomato and eggs. Estimate 4 tacos per person and a spoonful of rice. Excellent and thoughtful meal share. Stay blessed

Allysa's video was how I found you and so it's kind of cool to see both videos of the same event. Kind of like seeing both of your perspectives. I love it! These look so delicious and everything you have cooked so far that I have seen has looked amazing! Especially anything pork! Also, just a little tip I like to do when camping is put an "M" on one side of the cutting board and use the other side for Veggies. I think I actually put a "V" on the other side. That way you can still clean the meat side but then you know you are not cross contaminating if you are cutting salad or something that isn't going to be cooked. It's obviously not necessary but just a thing I do so I don't have to think too hard.. lol I have pork I wasn't sure what I was going to do with ... now I know.... omg... !

Well, we’ve had a cold spell of almost three weeks here in Alaska. It had been -50 degrees Fahrenheit in McGrath where some of my family live and -20 below here in Anchorage where I live. Burrrrrrr, too damn COLD. Lol. Ppl can’t go out and do much of anything. Can’t take long trips by vehicle or snow machine because of possibly of breaking down. Very dangerous out there.
