I have been using Scrivener for my writing, and while it's good - I'm definitely going to try out Campfire Blaze as it looks so user friendly, and I definitely like having it online and being able to use it on any laptop I may be using. As with Scrivener, you have to have the app but also the right version of the app to be able to access your story which can be annoying!

The fact that you said you pants some projects and strictly outline others... gives me hope. I have like, a block in my head. I can't get past it to outline so maybe I've just got to pick an angle and start pantsing my way through. :P
