Levan is at a level of strengh were he could probable enter world strongest man event and peform up with the best of them. If there is anyone at the moment that could contest Levan, it would have to be another person who is competing in the worlds strongest man events, however none of them have trained armwrestling and would lack the experience. Denis Cyplenkov is the only other person that i know of who was at worlds strongest man level of strenght and also training and pursuing armwrestling. Due to health issues he was forced to stop. Someone needs to retire from worlds strongest man events and get coached in armwrestling to give Levan some competition, or Denis needs to get back on the horse and start kicking ass again, would be amazing just to see him armwrestling competitively again.

it doesn't work like that. Levan barely deadlifted 220kg and log pressed 140kg when he was arm wrestling Larry with 3 rubber bands. To be able to compete in strongman levan would need to get his deadlift to 400kg and log to 200+ and probably train other aspects of Strongman for years. It works the same everytime you change the sport.

Levan basically train in an armwrestling dungeon. Super hard core place to get huge.

Levan is perfect example how to get strong. No need for fancy equipment or expensive gym membership. Just do 1-2 different exercises for biceps, wrist and pronation and you are set for arm wrestling training. More you add, weaker you will end up. just get strong in basics and you will rule
