She’s being removed from the bench but she is appealing - anyway the judgement against her for her removal just came down so that’s probably why it’s hitting the press now which shows what a joke NY is anyway because if they only censured her this would likely have been buried but now that the NY press smells blood they go for the kill - they are supposed to be the ones who bring the blood in the first place.
