It’s amazing how much hard work goes into owning a restaurant

It makes me so proud seeing people put this much care into their food and so sad that less and less people have this passion for food.

That's what being a chef is all about. Good simple food. And big portions. Being a chef means feeding people and making them happy. I don't understand what Michelin stands for. Serving piece size snacks and claim it is food.

I just ate. Watching this makes me want to eat again. And I’m not even hungry. But the care he puts into making the food and it all looks delicious. I’d love to eat there sometime. The noodles look so good!
Wow, seriously hard working and great value for the customers too.

Everything looks so delicious. I'd definitely get an onion tempura. The shop owner is wise to take his morning power nap. Gives you strength for the day.

Muito bom seu canal, e a comida realmente é muito boa. Impressiona a porção bem grande.
That all looks delicious. I'm just surprised how people can be so thin and eat so much. Even the small & regular portions are big. Sending love from 🇺🇸

The shoyu noodles looks so beautiful. Is there any shoyu source for noodles in foreign country? It would be great if someone let me know the brand/product name.
