That's what being a chef is all about. Good simple food. And big portions. Being a chef means feeding people and making them happy. I don't understand what Michelin stands for. Serving piece size snacks and claim it is food.

I just ate. Watching this makes me want to eat again. And I’m not even hungry. But the care he puts into making the food and it all looks delicious. I’d love to eat there sometime. The noodles look so good!

Everything looks so delicious. I'd definitely get an onion tempura. The shop owner is wise to take his morning power nap. Gives you strength for the day.

This is so fun to watch. Im learning of cultural foods and feeling relaxed at the same time. Who knew the food in the back ally of japan would be so fresh and beautiful! If i visit japan this will be on my list of stops.

Excellent food and the prices are very low for Japanese cuisine. Normal prices in a not very expensive restaurant are triple or more.

早朝3時から入れるのかと思いきゃ仕込みの開始時間ね。 どこかと思えば吉野家だしw 開店は11時かな。 主に冷やしの時期でしょうが調理や店内の様子がよく分かり良かったです。

この店、おいしいけど「麺少なめ」リクエスト出すお客さんが少なくないのがよくわかります(^_^;) ちなみに、味噌煮込みうどんと一緒に小ライス(味噌煮込み食べる時は必須)を頼んだら「『小』ライス、とは……?」な盛りだったり。
