Hi! Three things: 1) remove their exposure to air - (so separate them store them in a few smaller ziplock bags or Tupperware 2) light - remove exposure to light 3) temperature - put one bag in the fridge (the one you plan to eat) and the others in the freezer.

Kindly advise if I need to preserve fresh peeled garlic in jar what is the best way to proceed as there are different opinions regarding to preservatives if nitrogen injection or Desiccant additive or I have to use other preservatives?thanks

Hi prxncesslon! Are you looking to manufacture it at home? I would recommend you manufacture it at a factory because they can ensure it's food safe for your customers. Beverages have a lot of risk for bacteria that can kill people inside of bottles if they are home made. Especially because you cannot control the customer who might expose it to heat or eat it long after you would want them too. So I don't recommend undertaking manufacturing of soda at home. The things factories do that would be hard for you personally to do at home is use HEAT and PRESSURE for pasteurization. Did that answer your question?

@@prxncesslon4494 Ahh I see - you're talking about shipper packaging. There are two pieces you need: 1) Protection from puncture-bubble wrap can do the trick. So can a strong outer corrugate box - so if any other box is on top it won't crush it and then puncture the soda. 2) Protection from unnecessary jostling around. Which is involved in a tight pack inside the box. Dont let it roll around in there. Keep it packed securely inside the shipper box. For example secure multiple sodas together with tape, string, ribberbands or bows. Use fillers like paper or corn based popcorn. Alternatively you can hire a professional packaging designer if you want something more upscale but usually its not necessary in the beginning of growing your business. I hope that helps! Vacuuming before flushing will reduce the residual oxygen levels in the pouch. it really depends on the product being packed and your equipments capabilities. Sometimes you don't need to gas flush or MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). it depends on what your goals are. In addition, Nitrogen is not always the gas of choice for MAP.

Hi Maze I agree with the comment below - it also depends on the type of product. Nitrogen flush is really smart for vegetables/salads for example. If you want more answers you can post information about your type of produc OR hire a consultant.
