Interesting perspective on El Salvador at 49min. Not sure about the no freedom of speech in El Salvador. If anything because of the president there is now more freedom of speech. I'd say from the Peruvian & Canadian perspective El Salvador is looking really good now compared to how it was a few years ago. They recently removed visa requirements for Peruvians for example.. and a lot of Peruvian talks about the new better security seen in El Salvador and finding ways to implement that in Peru but I doubt that'll happen.
