The problem here is you’re thinking of them as AI as if there is any intelligence in the programming. It seems like to me that the competitors are just preprogrammed to run a certain pace, a certain line and take zero things into account

Lol that same race some of the folks in the crowd was floating and I ride for monster energy Kawasaki and for some reason my mechanic is always wearing a Honda shirt? This game seriously needs another patch to fix some of the small shit that makes a mx game good

Yeah, honestly this is the first Milestone game where I haven't been able to move the AI past Medium difficulty and even then on certain tracks they are tough to beat. This is by far the worst AI in a Milestone game to date, because while they are "fast", that's not really the reason why they are tough to beat. The problem is they are just constantly ramming into you over every jump, in every turn, landing on you and generally just getting in your way. Whoever worked on this game should be shelved at the company- hire new staff or something because this right here isn't it. What makes things even worse is the stupid rider shape feature, because on top of all that if your rider isn't "in shape", then the physics and bike control is all out of whack. Not worth $65+.

The thing w the Ai that pisses me off is that they’re fast in ways that aren’t possible for a user controlled rider. They zoom through turns at the lowest point of berms and still clear triples and they do it all while turning on a dime at full speed. I want the AI to be good but in a way that makes sense given the physics of the game that I have to play with

Anyone else get to the Salt Lake race on the East coast 250?? Went all the way through the season, I did qualifying for the SLC race then it immediately took me back to the menu and started me on the West coast smh Game needs soooo many patches 🤦‍♂️

Dude same!! I get it is a new game but I seriously can’t wait for the patches. I had one where an AI cut the track and when respawned they were 54 seconds ahead of me. 😂

I had the same incident, being curious I recorded my last 20 minutes of gameplay and realize is was a east west showdown and I didn’t have a quick enough qualifying time to make it the heats. They only take the top 20 for that round. Idk if that’s your issue but it was for me.

Why does the Daytona sand make me feel so slow and the AI just absolutely shred past me. Anybody else have that issue that they just feel super slow in Daytona sand?

Yes. A lot of the tracks I feel stuck in the mud while the AI blazes past me but happens the most on Daytona and Atlanta speedway tracks.

the sand in general, but i think its more of the ai just never being phased by anything rather than racing bad
