He could be the brother of Obi-wan. He is in his fifties. Obi-wan would be mid 60s. He was taken by the Jedi when he was roughly 13, maybe a little younger. So he would have known he had a younger brother, as he said in one of the shows. It would be a nice tie-in. People say they hate having all the characters be related somehow, but I say we are drawn in by connections.

Theory here : Jod was a child of the "Path" but at a teenager he was separated from it, so had partial training from the initial jedi, but since being separated he absorbed by the criminal underground. Being a child of the Path is why he has an affinity for the children and wants to help them keep safe

Jod Na Nawood of Planet At Attin. The repeat feature of the naming convention is unique enough that two names with the same structure beg to be connected. So the Jod version of the character's multiple names means we're to think he's from At Attin (or he wants it to look like that).

he likely was a padawan who while with his master were dealing with pirates backed by the CIS. Then order 66 happened and this led to the clones killing his master. He abandoned the jedi way to hide among pirates to survive, and this is why he didn't want to return for the droid and then told the children that he was like them, lost, and so what he told the children is true he isn't a jedi but he was one once. the children probably reignited the part of him that was the jedi he used to be but probably is trying to deny it

Some people were arguing on Reddit about the Willow show, and the person defending the show was saying the movie was terrible. ...Which kind of says something about the show--it wasn't made for fans of the movie, it just had the name and a few of the characters to draw in an audience. I'm actually glad it got pulled because it was such an assassination of Willow's, Madmartigan's, and Elora's characters, and Kit Tanthalos was such an insufferable brat that I couldn't make it past the fourth episode. Such a shame, the movie Willow was one of my favorites growing up and I was super excited for the show and I wanted so badly for it to be good.

They can go past the sequels. Of the characters we are following in the Mandoverse era, it's only Luke that is in the sequels. If it's not a fault clone, of course. The other characters can be on other adventures that doesn't take place in the Hosnian system or on Exegol. So hopfully they do that

If At Attin was taken over by droids, maybe his parents or close friend(s) were killed during that takeover. It could have been during the Order 66 mayhem or it could have been part of a whole different matter. Maybe that ship crushed them on At Attin in the melee.

What they did is they wore non-discriminate clothing didn’t use blasters or light, sabers and use traditional Nely weapons, and martial arts to protect the hyper space lanes from piracy, they could become the first to Canon wardens of the sky

I think that Wim will not be Force user at all. We get hints about him because he fantascizes about being one. I think Fern will be one able to use Force. Think about it: Star Wars currently focuses on "Strong Female", she is skilled driver, has best marks in entire school so while her being skeptic about whole Jedi it makes her perfect candidate to wield Force in eyes of producers and Disney execitives.

Jude Law is 51 years old, and while he certainly could be playing a younger character, it's possible that he was a Youngling who was passed up by a Master and put in the Jedi Service Corps, spent the Clone Wars on the fringes, and when the Order fell, he fell through the cracks. If we use his real age as a guide, he'd have been born sometime around 45 BBY?

I think att attin is involved in project necromancer and jod is one of the first successful force sensitive clones that escaped or was rescued as a baby and thrust into the galactic underworld so he never had a childhood so he has been trying to get back to find answers. Complexity is one thing that Skeleton Crew doesn’t have. It’s very straightforward and works very well for it. Complexity seems to lose viewers in the fandom these days, so I suspect we’ll stick very much to linear narratives in the future.

i think fern will be the force user/jedi of the kids and wim will become a han solo type character. after all he is an adventurer at heart. his fascination w/the jedi is because of all the adventures they do in the stories. i think jod's character will get frustrated with the constant jedi talk and angrily say to wim that the jedi were wiped out... and then seeing his reaction, will soften and tell him his story and what happened to the jedi... and then in episode 8, at the end, they meet a real jedi as the last scene (not like acolyte did w/darth plagius, rather a full scene and interaction).

I think Jod's just a youngling who chose to leave the Jedi pre-Order 66. Wim idolises the Jedi as to him they represent adventure and an escape from an oppressive system. For Jod the Jedi were the oppressive system. He was adventurous and selfish, just like Wim, so he chose a different life for himself, and everything that's happened to him since stems from that one decision.

It looks like this show is suffering the same fate as solo, its a good show that isn't getting views because the stuff that came before it was horrible, solo followed the last jedi and this show followed the acolyte, which lost star wars a ton of fans. I even unsubscribed to Disney plus and I'm a stars wars fan from the first movie, but I've been watching this show on youtube watch-alongs and it's pretty good so far, it seems like they hired actual writers for this show.

Here's another theory. What if he's a force sensitive that was rejected by the Jedi for not having a strong enough connection? After order 66 his connection grew stronger which allowed him to do small things.
