I totally loved the movie. I was the perfect demo at the time and every viewing was fun. He-Man was cool but I'm always more charmed by the villains. Frank.Langella's take on Skeletor was incredible. He was why I enjoyed the movie. To this day when I watch the fiom, I end up reciting the lines along with him, in character. Glad that MOTU is carrying on with the Revelation series. That was damn good. The 2002 show was amazing as well. I'm looking forward to showing MOTU to my son when he gets a little older.

Totally agree with you. My youngest son is 2 and I’m buying origins figures in hopes that in a year or two he’ll enjoy them as much as I did as a child

I hope they create a third and a fourth season of the latest He-Man show from 2002. It is the only modern interpretation that respects the old western-comic design of the past and the story. It also brought characters that only true fans know and integrate them with their origin story without fluff.

If anyone ever actually agrees and pans out what's needed for another live action film, I truly truly hope and pray they do EXTENSIVE homework and make it true to the source material. I beg that "they", whoever "they" are, do not just go for a cash grab or flood the story with what makes sense to them or make it a political platform. Make the magic we all know and remember as it already is.....AMAZING!

They ruined everything when She Ra came with a comb and hair you could comb. That turned her into a doll instead of an action figure. Boys didn't want to play with ith She Ra because she couldn't get down and dirty with that hair. He Man didn't behave a show anymore so he became a doll by association and they killed the core audience.

I really like the commemorative line. They should make a lot more of Figures for the commemorative line. But the Origins a great too. And Vintage is god.

Talk about PRETENTIOUS. I suppose die hard He Man fans might enjoy. I enjoyed “The Toys That Made Us” episode so much more. He Man was a neat toy line. But they’re talking about it in this Shakespearean” context. Gimme a break. It’s not Star Wars. It’s nothing even close. Anyway just one guys opinion.

Well, depends on the generation and region. For my generation (born in Germany in 1980), Masters of the Universe was way bigger than Star Wars and lots of kids weren't even aware of Star Wars until the movies were aired on German TV for the first time in 1990. ;-)
