Stassi Schroeder got candid about her June firing from ‘Vanderpump Rules’ during a chat on ‘The Tamron Hall Show’ on Thursday. Bravo fired the reality star after past racially insensitive remarks resurfacted amid the Black Lives Matter protests. Her co-star, Kristen Doute, was also let go. Now the 32-year-old, who is expecting her first child with her fiance, Beau Clark, says she wants to be better for her daughter.

Jax isn't a racist, but is certainly a misogynistic butthole. There is a huge difference. If they fired Jax, they'd have to fire most men on most TV shows. It's like Andy said, "He's a hole is a hole kind of guy." He never cared who he was banging... black, white, male, female... as long as he was getting laid. The problem isn't racism with Jax, it's narcissism.

@@TCTrueCrimeSages Just because he slept with a black person does not mean he is not a racist. Racists can and do sleep with blacks. Historically racists have raped black women and black men. Do not understand that simplistic view. Look at Strom Thurmond he was a racist but had a black mistress and a biracial child. Please pick up a history book. Can list multiple examples of this. One can have "a black friend" and still be a racist. Lincoln was apparently "decent" to the black workers he came across but he was a white supremacist. History has really whitewashed his reputation. Look up his words. This is despite him issuing the Emancipation Proclamation.

Here's what pisses me off: if you watch the actual interview (only 5min so see it if you can), you'll see towards the end of it Tamron asked Stassi what a diversity coach is and Stassi fumbled through the answer. Hmm, ok. But then, Tamron asked her what what are the sessions like and again, Stassi stumbled trying to explain what it was by saying the last session she attended she did a test but she didn't remember the name. It's an implicit bias test and it's the easiest thing to remember. As someone who was participated in diversity training, this is the first thing you do, not something at the end. Then you have actual discussions and vignettes of dicey situations that emulate potential discrimination. Stassi didn't do any of it. Her intention was to seek forgiveness to start making money again. Although my comment seems heated, I want you all to know I rarely place judgment on anyone but this is a clear misrepresentation of facts. I did appreciate that Stassi apologized but I don't appreciate appearing as though she's taken actual steps to learn from the mistake. I hope she continues to grow as a person and no longer engages in discrimination. We all make mistakes and I hope her intentions match her actions.

I just wish people were not so quick to jump on the bashing bandwagon, we each have our lessons to learn in our lives and not one of out here is perfect. I think it’s safe to say that the subject of racial inequality is now in the spotlight ( while many other inequalities remain in the shade I might add ) so each has the opportunity to go within and see where they have prejudices, and in ALL areas. This is the true challenge, pointing at others is easy.

I didn't expect Lisa Vanderpump to say anything different honestly I didn't.... that's who she is. To intentionally try to destroy someone's life and have them arrested then a year later you found out it wasn't true but you still continue with the nonsense that's evil. What your 're finding a lot of with these type of situations is that people are now being called to task for behavior that they have been allowed to get away with for so long. It's not cool. I'm sorry that these young ladies lost their jobs, but what they did and perpetrated could have resulted in dire consequences for that young woman and she would not have recovered.

@@landonjackson3064 Jax knew he had girlfriend when he hooked up with Faith so that's on him; and if "his life was destroyed", that's due to his own stupidity. Faith didn't steal Jax's car. There was a black woman who was wanted for a string of robberies in the LA area, and Sassi and Kristen reported to the police that it was Faith. Jax chimed in and said Faith was wanted for grand theft auto and AWOL from the military. Reporting a person for a crime that she didn't commit and then laugh about it is offensive and disgusting. I'll even say Stassi "may not" be racist, but she is definitely ignorant and doesn't think before she speaks or acts.
