Scipio Prime mehmed is okay, a little fragile and just doesn't scale as well as scipio prime with a SoC commander so it's more a bridge option while you work on a pair for him, but it's solid damage wise 🙂, just not top tier level overall. Guan alex is old school but still solid as well 🙂, it's more like a pair 2 or 3 though, like if you were building from scratch one of the new commanders with Liu Che (or both together) would be your best bet if you had to build everything from scratch but if you already have them both built and maxed they can certainly pair together well, that damage vulnerability on Alexander's active is stupid strong even now 🙂
