I've never shut off since the merge, I even built 2 rigs over the bear market. Got a bag of Kaspa and a small bag of alph and a decent bag of RXD. 2/3 winners. If it was summer right now I'd probably shut down, using the heat to heat up some rooms which is nice to offset heating costs

I thought I learnt a lot from the last bull, but I learnt a shitload more from the bear, my gpu mining most likely wont happen until the next bear when yields are up again and spec mining new coins, done alright last bear, but 2026 is when I can put all ive learnt into play, mining and buying. Having said that this bull hasnt even started for most of us, patience is key, we will have our day bro`s.

Depends on your goals , but for me , neither, ethw has been the most profitable for the time I've had my jasminer. I'm personally looking to stack octa though so I'm swapping into it. out of the eth algo's, that's my personal coin I'm looking to stack.

Anything with 8gb , rite now it's just the jasminers , but looks like they're getting delayed , so you still realistically made the better choice , just a weird choice from ipollo to not add more ram

i downsized my gpu farm recently. i never stopped after eth thanks to those lucky few projects like kas. prices are starting to tank on used gpu's o with profits so low it was time to get rid of all my 16 and 20 series cards. still got 16 3060ti running

Unrelated q, I know you said in your last video that you wouldn’t really consider AL3 at this point, but do you think there is an upgrade from Bitmain on the horizon?

Yeah we covered that when it was announced , found it really odd that bitmain and Iceriver had about the same efficiency when bitmain is usually a gen ahead , feels like they are potentially sand bagging, very much like with the ks3 , where the ks5 came not much longer and was likely ready to go already. So possible that maybe they will have another , but won't come until it's justified anyway , if at all. Does also seem very odd that bitmain hasn't adjusted pricing yet on AL1 , especially because no one is buying them because of that al3 drop which sold very well.

I think the way to go is the AI route. Start buying 4090s and 5090s if you can get them. I have a 4090 with a threadripper 3960x on CloreAI making 60 clore a day. With their POH the reward is 198 clore. 258 clore per day for one machine. Not selling. If clore goes back to all time high to .44 that is 113 dollars a day. Clore to $1? 258 dollars a day. Off one 4090. Thats the way I look at it. Or it could go to zero, but I am betting on it going up.

Clore I think ultimately will do well even with their proof of stake BS. Going with the higher end is definitely way more versatile and gives you many more options and the ability to do either workloads or mining
