Kelly Monaco is a victim of Soap/ABC/Disney politics. She SPOKE up on the firing of a dear friend and the heads didn't like it, so 1st they reduce stage time DRASTICLY then at contract time they let her go and soap politics came into play again. I VOW to stop watching GH once Kelly is gone. The characters of Jason, Nancy, Anna are just getting terrible and not show worthy. Any recommendations of other network soaps worth watching ?

I really enjoyed this interview. Kristen is very talented and down to earth and makes me want to go to Greece now! Here I thought the only place I would EVER want to go overseas would be England. I have been a GH viewer since the late 70's and have a real hard time with recasts and watching Haley grow up on the show it was hard watching a recast but I whole heartedly embrace this recast! I am glad GH kept searching for the right fit with this character!

Here’s the thing though, there is always an exception to the rule. I’m exhibit A. I suffer from panic attacks, bipolar disorder, ADHD, a bit of OCD, and am on the autistic spectrum; however I don’t have much of a self esteem issue and I’ve never cared what people thought about me. I also have an extremely thick skin and embrace the uniqueness of who I am. I’m not trying to sound conceited, but if I didn’t have these issues, even though it might change the makeup of who I am; I’d probably be able to conquer the world if I wanted to. So for me it’s a double edged sword of who I am and who I could be without mental health issues. 😐

You, that's what I studied in school to was psychology. I mean, I wanted to get my masters, but when I graduated with my bachelors, they made it a three year program, and I didn't want to put myself in debt at fifty years old, paying 43 more years of school. I've always wanted to know about psychology because of seeing the dysfunction in my family and wanting to be able to change it.

Kristen………I was always the same as you. Had everbody’s back, was their secret keeper and everyone came to tell me anything. What happened to me at age 35 is I had a mental breakdown!! With no history of mental health issues. Please watch yourself and be careful of how much you take on when dealing with others.

You know, my body is so off. Regulated too, from the hours I worked in nursing and going to school and getting just a few hours of sleep in between them that some nights I am up till five or six in the morning and I sleep a few hours and get up and do it again nowadays

If you see Survivor, they are in Figi. I'm like your wife with sleep issues, overthinking or things are on her mind can't prevent a person from rest or being an empath. Otc sleep aids might help. I can't stand noise, or other things. Anxiety will kick in during a traumatic storyline and it sounds like the stress was overwhelming.

Yes if I would have grown up in a household like that I definitely wouldn't be dealing with the issues that I am now. Even though I told my daughters no matter what call me, they did not and put themselves in situations that broke trust between us. My son believed me when I told him thankfully. It's hard being a single mom and being mom and dad. Because your parents, your kids only have one parent to go to at least for me.That was the case. I think that's why I fight so hard now and material possessions don't mean what they used to me. All I want is for my kids to know that I did the very best that I could with what I had to work with. I was just talking to my mom. The other night and we were talking about when she got married to my dad that she lied and went to Illinois from Missouri and got married there, and then every night she'd go home until she finally left and my Grandpa and Grandma and her brother went to my dad's House looking for her and my grandpa had a gun, and they tried to put her into an insane asylum. Which is what they were called back then, and that's how she described it. I'm trying to help my mom get through so much that she's went through as a kid and never healed from, and it's made her so depressed all of her life. A good home is gold. Having unconditional love is everything

I think Kristen is an AMAZING Actress!! She has Great range. My PROBLEM is with how the writers are currently writing the character of Molly. She is INCREDIBLY Judgmental!, to the degree where it's cruel, HARSH, and inaccurate!, I feel like I'm the only person with this viewpoint…Oh well, is what it is. Not everyone wants to be a lawyer or a doctor! I have Great respect for those fields, however, not All people have the same passions and that should be respected! Molly definitely looks down on Kristina, her snobbish attitude is gross. When Kristina came up with the idea for The Corinthos/Davis House, I thought then and still do that it is an AUSPICIOUS undertaking👍🏽Her mother and siblings often UNFAIRLY comment that they think she is flaky. However, I can't think of too many things more thoughtful, stable, mature or selfless than creating the first LGBTQIA+ center in Port Charles. The GH writers NEED to do RIGHT by Kristina and give her a serious break from FREAKIN DRAMA! The Corinthos/Davis House storyline NEVER SHOULD have been side-lined so she could have a Baby for Molly in the first place. BRING THAT STORYLINE BACK! and for GOOD!! There is ALOT of storyline GOLD to be found there. Speaking of not being well thought out and flaky, the Molly/Kristina surrogacy storyline reeks of it!!

Haley was good for her time but bringing her back now would be a setback. The character has transitioned successfully into adulthood with this actress. I can’t really see Haley doing anything as convincingly in this storyline the way that Kristen is.
