You did a great job on creating this video, Ember. This is a great layout and explanation of key game fundamentals needed for newer players to understand how to adjust and why. Very clear instruction on describing things and def keep the videos going strong, upcoming players can benefit from this tremendously, I wish I would have had access to this starting out, but we found things out through constant research and trial and errors... ok def more errors than I elaborated on!🤣. Hi Ember, please help to see if I understand you correctly. You said that my troops will receive % bonus depending on how strong the rally leader is, and my buffs that I have researched and put talents into won't take any effect. Is that correct? If yes does that mean that War talents are only needed if you are a Rally leader or if you are attacking solo ? Thank you a lot for the great contend. :)

Yes, that is correct. In fact, this is unpopular for most to hear, but during RR, Capital Clash or Fortress Fights for example, if you’re only filling rallies or buildings and aren’t the strongest in your group, being in Econ allows you to either increase your hospital capacity, or increase your healing speed which lets you stay in the game longer. I hope that helps.

Hi DK! Once you get to gen 3 (Zoe, Miho & Ash) and gen 4 (Jarrett, Zach & Ernie) heroes, Hunter heroes are the strongest, and hunter troops do the most damage, so yes, I have adapted my base to cater to them.

Great video. Would've been really helpful to know how many points you get per level. I know up to 57 and I know that at 57 I'm lacking 34 point to max out the economy tree, but 22 to max out war tree. Recent few levels give 8 points per level, don't remember whether it's from 50 onwards or 55 onwards. I assume 60 gives a significant amount and 58 and 59 give 8 points. Let me know if you know otherwise. I also assumed lethality was the more important stat based on the fact it's usually the lowest and has the fewest ways to improve. State 136

Yes! More importantly though, when you set your Econ talents for RR select battle dressing as you go through distributing your points because that will help you heal your troops much faster. 🙂

Greetings from state 252. I was recommended to your video on ‘10 Tips For Noobs’ and I was interested to watch your take on chief levels talents & skills as although my BP is 85 million, this is something that I have never quite got to grips with and I’ve been looking for a video for quite some time to explain all this to me properly. Especially with talents as it just goes straight over my head. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ I have a question for you, I am currently on HQ plasma level 1 with a total of 369,000 T10’s but I’m stuck because I can’t progress with my advanced research because it’s taking so long upgrading all the different buildings just to get to the point of upgrading my plasma research centre. Is it worth me switching from war talent to economic? I have the patience level of a Fruitfly but I’d rather not spend tons of money on speedups unless I absolutely have to. If you have any tips please, I would be really grateful, thanks. 😉

I have been playing this particular game since just after Thanksgiving 2019. So about 6 months now. Most things in the game do not require you to spend at all, however, some of the more advanced things like the best hero gear or best chief gear do, but those are things that take even spenders a good while to get to. The main reason people spend in games like this, in my opinion, is 1) their competitive nature to be bigger and badder faster, and 2) impatience. I’m guilty of both. 😬 I have people in my alliance and in my state that are mostly F2P that are HQ30 and compete alongside the best of us, so it’s not impossible, I promise you. Hi Ember. You focused on hunters because you said they were your strongest. Without any talents, my infantry are my strongest because of my gear. Should I then focus on infantry lethality and health?

Hi Miss Reece! Actually, no, I would select either your strongest Rider or Hunter hero. Infantry is best for defense, while Rider and Hunter are better for attack. It might be easier to see if you look at your troop stats for each troop type. I also have created a leverage chart that explains a bit. Join my discord server and we can chat more about this.

Hi Moses, each persons situation is different, what I shared was an example for my own setup. Your research, gear, medals, heroes, etc all play a factor not just talent points. Mine lean heavily Hunter, someone else may be more evenly spread or lean towards Riders or Infantry depending on their play style. If you’d like to discuss your particular setup, I am happy to.
